Principal, Art Direction

Responsibilities

• Concept and design high-impact digital creative across social and video platforms
• Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level Art Directors and Designers
• Support video and content production including pre-production planning and on-set shoots
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and producers to align creative with brand goals
• Manage creative execution from concept to final delivery, ensuring performance-minded assets
• Lead daily brainstorms and inspiration-sharing sessions to foster team growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual design with a strong digital and video portfolio
• Prior social agency experience managing high-volume, high-visibility accounts
• Experience with on-set content production and working with video directors/editors
• Strong client presentation and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of typography, layout, motion, and social media best practices
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work EST hours
