Principal Architect – Platform Innovation Digital Health

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional innovation POD, setting technical direction and delivery approaches for advanced platform initiatives.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture, including data flows, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive experimentation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) through to production-grade, scalable solutions.
• Design and integrate intelligent and automated capabilities, such as modern retrieval approaches and large-model-based techniques.
• Ensure all solutions meet high standards for scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate complex technical designs and trade-offs to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution or systems architecture within complex environments.
• Strong expertise with cloud-native platforms, APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on exposure to modern intelligent system patterns, including retrieval techniques, embeddings, or prompt-driven workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or PODs.
• Ability to work within the required shift of 1 PM to 10 PM IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling innovative capabilities from initial POC to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Familiarity with governance and responsible practices for intelligent systems.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries.
