Principal Architect, Global Manufacturing CTO

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers on strategic opportunities to drive Snowflake adoption and build trusted relationships with executives.
• Innovate and design end-to-end data-driven and AI-powered architectures and future-state blueprints for manufacturing use cases.
• Drive repeatability by building solution assets, frameworks, persona use case journeys, and system architectures.
• Influence the product roadmap by providing structured feedback based on industry needs and customer requirements.
• Act as a technical thought leader through blogs, talks, webinars, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of architecture experience in Manufacturing business units or companies.
• Expertise in manufacturing data topics including Supply Chain, IT/OT, and Digital Twin.
• Experience with large-scale database/data warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and public cloud.
• Understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning applications within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with enterprise data sources such as ERP, CRM, SCM, MES, SCADA, QMS, and LIMS.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• 3+ years of customer-facing architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with Java or Scala.
