About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the APAC partner enablement strategy aligned with regional growth goals
- Support the full partner lifecycle from selling and implementation to expansion
- Build and maintain a regional partner enablement framework localized by country, language, and vertical
- Deliver regionalized enablement through live trainings, workshops, and localized content
- Enable partners to position and sell across the Autonomous CRM platform
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Drive measurable outcomes including partner-sourced pipeline and platform adoption
Requirements
- Proven experience leading partner enablement, Partner Success, or Education in a SaaS environment
- Strong background working with international partner ecosystems, specifically in APAC
- Experience supporting digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse markets
- Deep product curiosity and ability to translate complex capabilities into partner plays
- Player-coach mentality with experience managing and developing talent
- AI-first mindset to increase the scale and impact of enablement efforts
