Principal Analyst – GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enhance model accuracy and context.
• Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines using orchestration tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex.
• Engineer high-quality prompts to optimize model performance and output reliability.
• Manage and integrate vector databases to support efficient semantic search and data retrieval.
• Collaborate with the delivery department to translate business requirements into technical AI architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, AI, or software engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM implementation and fine-tuning.
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Proven experience with Langchain, LlamaIndex, and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
