Principal Analyst, Data Center - Thermal Management, Power, and Cooling

Responsibilities

• Lead research on data center thermal management, power, and cooling technologies to provide strategic market intelligence.
• Develop and maintain market forecasts, trackers, and vendor competitive analysis for UPS and cooling solutions (air, liquid, and hybrid).
• Deliver high-quality research including reports, presentations, and data-driven hypotheses that challenge market norms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to global clients, providing expert commentary and strategic consulting on technology roadmaps.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and client briefings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in the data center ecosystem or as an industry analyst.
• Deep technical understanding of data center cooling technologies and power infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative research skills with the ability to build and maintain complex market models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record of managing workloads to meet strict deadlines.
