Principal Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take technical leadership for the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits (PMICs).
• Interpret requirement specifications to achieve system and design strategies for power management products.
• Oversee the design, simulation, and layout of CMOS power management circuits to meet performance, area, and power constraints.
• Lead feasibility studies for new circuits and manage lab evaluations in collaboration with Applications Engineers.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on analog best practices.
• Drive innovation in design methodologies to increase power management capabilities.
• Partner with test and DFT teams to ensure successful production ramps and verification planning.
• Represent the company in customer-facing relationships and support the RFQ process.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in analog design.
• Advanced technical training and experience working on complex technical projects.
• Proven expertise in CMOS power management circuit design.
• Experience in simulation and layout supervision.
• Strong ability to solve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural, multi-site team.
• Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
