Principal AI Security Technologist

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-year roadmap to transform Physical Security, SOC/GSOC Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Insider Risk programs using AI and automation
• Redesign security operations around AI agents to shift from reactive, manual processes to scalable, machine-assisted workflows
• Identify and deploy AI agents for security tasks such as triage, enrichment, correlation, and investigation preparation
• Implement AI-based analytics to enable predictive security and risk-based assessment rather than rule-based alerting
• Define the target-state AI and data architecture to ensure physical security systems and intelligence platforms operate as a unified ecosystem
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through enterprise-scale production while tracking success metrics like workload reduction and detection accuracy

Requirements

• Experience with AI agents, machine learning, or advanced analytics within security or adjacent domains
• Proven experience in security technology, security engineering, or security operations
• Strong understanding of enterprise physical security systems and security operations workflows
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, or advanced analytics to solve complex operational problems
• Ability to translate security risks and operational needs into technical, automated solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with converged security or fusion-center-style operations
• Knowledge of security risk frameworks and governance models
• Relevant certifications or advanced education in security, technology, or AI-related fields
