About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agentic AI architectures, including planning, tool-use, and orchestration
  • Deliver end-to-end production AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment
  • Establish MLOps, observability, and reliability standards for AI systems
  • Define reusable AI architecture standards and guardrails
  • Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in AI/ML or AI-centric software engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI and applied Machine Learning
  • Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud-native deployment
  • Solid background in software engineering and MLOps
  • Proven track record of shipping AI systems into production environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to make evidence-based, quality-driven decisions
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset with a focus on long-term maintainability
