About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead complex initiatives in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and applied AI across various business sectors.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured analytical strategies, model designs, and concrete recommendations.
- Design and implement models for use cases such as segmentation, forecasting, propensity modeling, and anomaly detection.
- Develop reproducible analytical assets and workflows within Databricks and other cloud environments.
- Evaluate and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) workflows to enhance analytical productivity and decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on analytical trade-offs and model relevance.
- Mentor junior and intermediate professionals through technical review and sharing of best practices.
Requirements
- Expertise in statistics, probability, machine learning, and experimental design.
- Proven experience with LLM workflows and applied AI methods (text analysis, content synthesis, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong ability to lead complex analytical initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Proficiency in English for regular communication with global clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Databricks Associate or Professional certification.
- Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS certifications in data or machine learning.
- Experience with MLflow and collaborative data science practices.
- Background in leadership, coaching, or personnel management.
