Principal AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead complex end-to-end AI engagements from opportunity shaping to solution delivery and adoption
• Guide the design and implementation of production-grade AI solutions, including architecture, models, APIs, and orchestration layers
• Define scope, requirements, and technical approaches to solve ambiguous business challenges
• Ensure delivery excellence through high engineering standards, code quality, testing, and observability
• Manage and influence technical and business stakeholders to build trust and identify value creation opportunities
• Coach and mentor team members in technical problem-solving and project delivery
• Contribute to reusable assets, delivery methodologies, and technical standards within the AI practice
• Represent the AI team in internal and external initiatives to promote capabilities and growth

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science or AI roles
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery
• Expert Python programming skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Advanced knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of RAG, LLM-based applications, and modern AI solution types
• Strong software engineering knowledge covering CI/CD, architecture patterns, and security
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
