Principal AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead complex end-to-end AI engagements from problem framing to solution delivery and adoption
• Guide the design and implementation of production-grade AI solutions, including architecture, APIs, and orchestration layers
• Define scope, requirements, and technical approaches for ambiguous business challenges
• Ensure delivery excellence through high engineering standards, code quality, testing, and observability
• Manage and influence technical and business stakeholders to build trust and identify value creation
• Coach and mentor team members in technical problem-solving and project delivery
• Contribute to reusable assets, delivery methodologies, and technical standards within the AI practice
• Represent the AI team in internal and external initiatives to promote capabilities and growth

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science or AI roles
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Expert Python programming skills and deep experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Strong software engineering knowledge, including architecture patterns, CI/CD, and testing strategies
• Advanced knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and lifecycle management
• Experience with modern AI solution types such as RAG, LLM-based applications, and AI agents
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
