Principal AI Agent Development Engineer/Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agent SDK & Runtime, including orchestration engines and core primitives
• Expand MCP Matrix by wrapping internal systems as MCP servers, sub-agents, or agent skills
• Build the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) toolchains covering spec, eval, build, test, and monitoring
• Own end-to-end effectiveness and cost metrics, including accuracy, resolution rate, and latency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience (including 3+ years in AI/Agent) or 8+ years for platform experience
• Proficiency in Go or Python with production-grade system design skills
• Deep expertise in LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, ReAct patterns, and context window management
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Dify, Eino, or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Expertise in RAG engineering or evaluation systems (LLM-as-Judge, Golden Set)
• Understanding of PII desensitization and prompt injection protection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Agent simulation or benchmarking platforms
• Experience with private LLM deployment (vLLM, Triton, DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM)
• Domain expertise in Crypto AI, AIOps, or customer service AI
• Open-source contributions to LangChain, LangGraph, Dify, or MCP
• Published AI security research or public technical influence
