Principal Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advise the Principal on key business decisions and serve as the primary liaison with management and business networks
• Oversee finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and securing funding
• Drive corporate development initiatives, strategic planning, and the evaluation of strategic partnerships
• Monitor subsidiary performance and oversee major decisions for international entities
• Manage commercial real estate investment holdings and lead transactions related to real property assets
• Oversee the Principal’s private wealth portfolio and assist in tax and estate planning
• Review major contracts and coordinate with legal counsel on key matters

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, corporate development, commercial real estate finance, or family office management
• Proven ability to independently own and execute across finance, legal, and operational matters without delegation
• Strong financial acumen with direct experience in financial reporting, cash management, and investment oversight
• Experience managing business entities, including cross-border and international operations
• Ability to work in high-trust, high-discretion environments with a high sense of urgency
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
