About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust revenue growth and market share expansion for strategic customers in the Communication market
  • Create and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers, including senior management
  • Engage deeply in the customer decision-making journey, from solution ideation through commercialization
  • Translate customer business objectives to internal ADI stakeholders to secure necessary support
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to convert business opportunities into revenue
  • Manage all aspects of business and opportunity management, including customer revenue forecasting

Requirements

  • BSEE or equivalent technical degree
  • Expertise in analog and mixed-signal semiconductors
  • Demonstrated success in technical sales, product marketing, or field applications roles
  • Expertise in the semiconductor sales process and early-stage innovation engagements
  • Strong executive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven project management abilities
  • Ability to travel within the territory 50% or more, including overnight stays
