Prime Financial Services Product Development, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Own the Asia Pacific Prime strategy and analytics agenda across Prime Brokerage and Securities Financing.
• Translate market structure and client signals into product priorities and growth opportunities.
• Quantify and optimize financing economics by analyzing revenue, risk, returns, and balances.
• Drive front-to-back initiatives across prime workflows, including locates, trade capture, settlement, and reporting.
• Enhance platform capabilities across synthetic and cash financing.
• Apply generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve decisioning and client outcomes.
• Partner with Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance to deliver scalable product capabilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Securities Financing and Prime Brokerage (synthetic and cash financing).
• Proven experience delivering complex initiatives in financing markets and trading ecosystems.
• In-depth understanding of Prime Brokerage operational processes and trade lifecycle.
• Experience supporting clients in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Taiwan, and/or broader Asia Pacific markets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including large dataset analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
• Deep understanding of front-to-back Prime Brokerage infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to systematic trading and quantitative workflows.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation in a product context.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, plus experience with data visualization tools.
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills.
