Primary Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy for adults, children, and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Facilitate curriculum-based groups and maintain timely documentation
• Provide meal monitoring, coaching, and support
• Complete clinical paperwork including assessments, wellness plans, and discharge summaries
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical supervision
• Support milieu management including de-escalation and crisis management

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active Maryland therapy license (provisional or independent depending on level)
• Ability to work onsite in Hunt Valley, MD
• Strong communication skills and collaborative nature
• Experience with caseload management (level-dependent)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience facilitating groups
• Experience treating eating disorders, mood, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions
