Primary Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete clinical paperwork including treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plans, aftercare plans, and discharge summaries
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Full licensure or appropriate state-recognized associate/intern phase of licensure
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature within a multi-disciplinary team
• For Colorado RCCF roles: Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience working with children/youth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with individual and/or family therapy
• Ability to remain flexible and move between tasks with ease
• Experience supervising other clinicians (for Senior roles)
