Primary Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy
• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Create treatment agreements, support plans, and behavior plans
• Complete clinical paperwork including progress notes, wellness plans, and discharge summaries
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in counseling or a related field
• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure (or state equivalent) to practice individual therapy
• For Level II: Full clinical mental health license and 2+ years of significant caseload experience
• For Level III: 3+ years post-licensure experience with mood, anxiety, ED, or trauma-related disorders and clinical supervision experience
