Primary Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete clinical paperwork including treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plans, aftercare plans, and discharge summaries
• Perform comprehensive assessments including biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid state licensure or currently in an associate/intern phase of licensure
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature
• For Level II: At least 2 years of experience with significant individual/family caseloads
• For Level III: At least 3 years post-licensure experience with complex cases and supervision experience
