Primary Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy for adults, children, and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals
• Complete clinical paperwork including treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plans, and discharge summaries
• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid state licensure or currently in an associate/intern phase of licensure
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature for multi-disciplinary teamwork
• For Level II: At least 2 years of experience managing significant caseloads
• For Level III: At least 3 years of post-licensure experience with mood, anxiety, ED, or trauma-related disorders
