Primary Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy for adults, children, and adolescents
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals
• Complete clinical paperwork including treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plans, and discharge summaries
• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team during rounds and meetings
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates (for higher levels)

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid state licensure or currently in an associate/intern phase of licensure
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature
• For Level II: Independent mental health license and at least 2 years of significant caseload experience
• For Level III: Full mental health license and at least 3 years post-licensure experience with complex cases
