Primary Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality primary curriculum following the Cognita Teaching Toolkit
• Foster personalized learning and strong personal growth for every student
• Use effective formative and summative assessments to track and report student progress
• Create a positive, purposeful, and inclusive learning climate
• Maintain high expectations for student behavior, work, and academic achievement
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in performance management
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and the wider community to support student success
• Perform routine school duties including break supervision, assemblies, and meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an international teaching equivalent
• Substantial teaching experience within a primary school setting
• Full fluency in English
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional teaching team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Montessori pedagogy or British curriculum
• Spanish language skills
• Ability to lead and influence others through collaborative practice
