Primary Teacher

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to improve student performance
• Assist students with homework and assignments to develop strong study habits and time management
• Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents
• Create detailed assessment reports after each session to document performance and areas for improvement
• Act as a mentor and role model to help students build confidence and resilience
• Collaborate with staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching objectives
• Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions both in-person and online
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in education or tutoring
• Strong academic support and instructional skills
• Experience with student assessment and progress monitoring
• Ability to communicate effectively with both students and parents
