Primary Teacher - ICT

Responsibilities

• Deliver the prescribed ICT curriculum through engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lesson plans.
• Plan and prepare quality lessons that cater to different learning styles and motivate students.
• Assess, record, and report on the academic development and progress of students.
• Utilize media and technology effectively within the classroom to enhance learning.
• Maintain accurate records of curriculum plans, attendance, and assessment data.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Participate in school events, co-curricular programs, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor and supervise student behavior to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Education or teaching degree, or a first degree combined with a teaching qualification/license.
• Strong subject knowledge in ICT and its application in a school setting.
• Proven knowledge of using ICT to aid teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
