ACC Benalla is a P-12, co-ed, Christian school located in Benalla, Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study
• Use content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet diverse student needs
• Support co-curricular Performing Arts programs
• Maintain records of class attendance and student progress
• Implement effective student management consistent with the school’s strategic plan
• Participate in staff meetings, regular staff devotions, and prayer
• Model and promote the vision and values of the school
• Provide a child safe environment in accordance with child safe standards

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor degree and teaching qualifications
• Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) or eligible for registration
• Committed Christian comfortable with sharing faith
• Proven ability to improve student academic outcomes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to provide statements of service and references from previous child-connected roles
