Primary School Teacher

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Spanish curriculum, tailored to varying abilities and language proficiencies.
• Utilize creative, interactive, and hands-on teaching methodologies to foster a love for learning.
• Provide individualized support and differentiation strategies to accommodate unique learning styles and strengths.
• Integrate technology and instructional resources to enhance the learning experience and promote digital literacy.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through formative and summative methods, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding academic progress and behavioral expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and participate in professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Primary or Preschool Education (issued by a Spanish University or recognized by the Ministry of Education in Spain).
• Valid teaching certification or license recognized by relevant educational authorities.
• 4-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
• Native Spanish speaker with essential proficiency in English.
• Strong classroom management skills and knowledge of the Spanish curriculum.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse school community.
