Primary Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution of fuels, additives, and bio-components while optimizing logistics processes.
• Conduct tenders and negotiate contracts for logistics services, including storage and transport.
• Negotiate fuel and biofuel supplies with external suppliers to ensure volume flexibility.
• Manage regulatory compliance regarding Mandatory Fuel Reserves, National Biofuel Targets, and energy legislation.
• Oversee the implementation of Supply Plans and drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with government bodies, industry organizations, and auditors.
• Manage the Primary Logistics team and focus on developing staff competencies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of CSO and biofuels regulations.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or above.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under time pressure.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
