Primary Care Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive brand performance by engaging healthcare providers and key accounts within an assigned territory
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial objectives through effective call planning and execution
• Articulate the client value proposition to healthcare providers and maintain relationships with disease state experts
• Monitor market landscape, competitors, and customer needs to share relevant intelligence with field and brand teams
• Prepare pre-call strategies using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to drive continuous improvement
• Address customer objections and facilitate mutually beneficial agreements to achieve clear calls to action

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
• Willingness to travel with some overnight stays
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• High level of business acumen
• Advanced strategic and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Primary Care, Immunology, Dermatology, or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
• 3+ years of business-to-business sales, military, or healthcare sales experience
• Demonstrated success in sales within relevant therapeutic areas
