Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality adult primary care within a team-based environment
• Treat chronic diseases and disorders while managing patient files, including medications and immunization status
• Elicit and record detailed medical histories and perform necessary diagnostic tests and analyses
• Analyze test findings to diagnose patient conditions and execute treatment plans
• Oversee and provide collaborative clinical support to Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system to maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements

• Unrestricted medical license in the State of New Jersey (or application in process)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License
• Active New Jersey CDS license
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly preferred
