Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel through a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Provide care in-office, in testing centers, or via telehealth services
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning and professional development
• Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Maintain a commitment to human-centered, evidence-based primary care

Requirements

• Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Valid California state medical license obtained prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states
• Passion for transforming healthcare delivery and improving patient experiences
