Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel through a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
• Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Maintain a commitment to human-centered, evidence-based primary care

Requirements

• Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Valid California state medical license obtained before the start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care services
• Passion for transforming the healthcare delivery experience
