Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel through a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning

Requirements

• Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years (treating all ages 0+)
• Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Valid Connecticut state medical license

• Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
• Openness to feedback and a desire to participate in a team-based healthcare delivery model
