Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services in a family medicine capacity
• Manage patient panels utilizing a Physician/APP sharing model
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including nurse coordinators and specialty services
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care management
• Engage in academic involvement with medical students and residents

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Family medicine training
• Ability to work onsite in Scranton, PA
