Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide Internal Medicine or Family Practice services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients
• Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection
• Provide referrals based on examination and patient needs
• Participate in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs
• Assist in the resolution of patient complaints, requests, and inquiries
• Maintain daily medical records (EMR) documentation
• Cover night calls as needed

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Current unrestricted medical licensure in the applicable state
• Board certification or board eligibility (must become certified within 12 months)
• Valid DEA license
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test
