Pricing, Yield, & Sales Compensation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Lyft Ads rate card strategy and enforce pricing discipline through the order management system
• Set and manage CPM floors, pricing tiers, and evaluate custom deal structures against margin thresholds
• Monitor sellthrough, utilization, and margin by product line
• Oversee vendor-led Audience Extension managed service performance and hold vendors accountable to CPM targets
• Design and administer commission and incentive plans for Lyft Ads and Lyft Business sellers
• Manage the end-to-end compensation calculation process and maintain commission modeling infrastructure
• Coordinate across AdTech systems to ensure pricing accuracy and revenue recognition

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in yield management, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or sales compensation
• Strong financial modeling skills with fluency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience owning or contributing to sales compensation design and commission calculation at scale
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising economics including CPMs and floor pricing
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Analytics, and Sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience overseeing a DSP managed service vendor
• Familiarity with OMS or CRM platforms like Salesforce or Operative
• Background in buy-side or sell-side media operations or two-sided marketplaces
