Pricing Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead PTW analyses for strategic federal opportunities, evaluating customer budgets, acquisition strategies, and competitive landscape
• Develop pricing strategies and scenarios that balance win probability, profitability, and execution risk
• Partner with capture and technical teams to evaluate Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
• Conduct competitor, incumbent, and market research to identify pricing trends and positioning opportunities
• Support bid/no-bid decisions, capture reviews, and proposal development
• Track and analyze pricing performance metrics including margin attainment and cost realism
• Refine pricing strategy, PTW, and competitive intelligence methodologies and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of federal government contracting experience
• 5+ years in pricing strategy, PTW, competitive intelligence, or capture support
• Demonstrated success leading PTW analyses for DoD and Federal Civilian opportunities
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.)
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and federal market intelligence platforms (GovWin IQ, GovTribe, etc.)
