About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and strategies that guide commercial pricing decisions
- Design commercial constructs including commitments, incentives, and risk-sharing approaches
- Build and evolve discounting frameworks, guardrails, and approval principles
- Partner with Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Product to develop executable proposals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a strategy role (e.g., consulting, bizops)
- 3+ years of expertise in pricing and monetization
- Deep experience with enterprise software or technology commercial models
- Experience with usage- or consumption-based pricing is highly valued
- Strong quantitative problem-solving and modeling skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex choices simply
