Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategy for product subsets, including packaging, price architecture, and discount logic
- Create innovative commercial constructs to serve customers
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Finance leaders to align pricing with product value and growth plans
- Develop recommendations grounded in customer preferences and market dynamics
- Establish pricing governance, decision frameworks, and performance tracking
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy roles (e.g., consulting, bizops)
- 3+ years of expertise in pricing and monetization
- Proven track record in monetization strategy across self-serve and sold sales motions
- Deep familiarity with seat-based subscriptions and consumptive pricing models
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience building and managing teams
