Pricing Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and strategies that guide commercial pricing decisions for the sales managed segment
• Design commercial constructs, including commitments, incentives, and risk-sharing approaches, to support healthy unit economics
• Build and evolve discounting frameworks, guardrails, and approval principles to improve pricing execution and speed
• Partner closely with Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Product to develop executable proposals and resolve complex commercial questions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a strategy role (e.g., consulting, bizops, etc.)
• 3+ years of expertise in pricing and monetization
• Deep experience with enterprise software or technology commercial models, specifically usage- or consumption-based pricing
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to build decision-useful models
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing discounting frameworks and complex commercial constructs
• Ability to communicate complex pricing choices in simple, decision-oriented language for executive audiences
