Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing and quoting strategies to align with growth and margin objectives
• Manage contracts and ensure proper governance of customer-focused pricing
• Implement price adjustments and drive continuous process improvements in quoting speed
• Build strong relationships and maintain cohesiveness within dedicated sales regions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product Line Managers, and Finance to secure business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial skill set
• Expertise with pricing tools, ERP (SAP), CRM, and advanced Excel
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Ability to manage large workflows, ambiguity, and tight commercial timelines
• Customer service mindset and strong product knowledge
