Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing transformation by partnering with global business and functional leaders to ensure scalable and purposeful setups.
• Provide guidance on pricing matters across the organization.
• Monitor pricing in alignment with global market developments and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Price Strategy Managers, and Sales teams.
• Support and ensure pricing data integrity and governance across all systems.
• Establish and manage proper approval and review processes for projects.
• Execute regular price review processes in coordination with Global Price Strategy.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Econometrics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced analytical capabilities using Excel, BI tools, or pricing platforms.
• Experience with pricing software, quantitative analysis, commercial strategy, or financial modelling.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to present complex issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to implement pricing initiatives operationally and manage resistance with assertiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within commercial organizations.
• Experience with sales excellence processes.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and functions.
