Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategies per country to ensure competitiveness and business profitability for brands like L'BEL, ésika, and Cyzone.
• Lead pricing positioning for the portfolio with an omnichannel vision, driving various Pricing & Revenue practices.
• Partner with multifunctional teams, including Managing Directors and Brand Growth Directors, to propose business-impacting pricing strategies.
• Monitor competitors and consumer trends to detect value capture opportunities and block key competitors.
• Collaborate with Consumer Innovation to build pricing strategies for new product launches.
• Propose revenue tactics to meet market share, sales, and profitability objectives.
• Develop new analytical methodologies and lead improvement projects within the Pricing and Revenue field.
• Perform elasticity and market data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (must be in the top 20% of the class/quinto superior).
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical capacity and focus on results.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels.
• Desirable experience of at least 1 year in similar analytical or pricing roles.
