Pricing Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ERM's proprietary Value Pricing Platform to support global consulting teams with accurate, data-driven pricing.
• Update and maintain critical data sets within the platform, including bill rate tables and Framework Agreement details.
• Manage the Service Engine ticket system to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Perform data validations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of datasets and resolve integrity issues.
• Conduct ad-hoc deep dives into commercial data to deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
• Provide technical user support, including developing training materials and collecting user feedback for platform improvements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to assist in data development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, Finance, or business field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data management processes, including sourcing, architecture, cleansing, and prepping.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerApps.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a goal-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing dashboards specifically with Power BI.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, MSFT 360, or other related enterprise programs.
