Pricing OPS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and validate Ship & Debit (S&D) claims to ensure compliance with approved pricing programs and eligibility criteria
• Review and reconcile distributor POS, claims, and inventory data to ensure accuracy across systems
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and claim variances by coordinating with distributors and internal stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Pricing
• Maintain the claim lifecycle, including submission, validation, approval, and closure within defined SLAs
• Prepare and deliver standard reports and dashboards regarding claims status, distributor performance, and inventory insights
• Identify and escalate risk areas such as revenue leakage, duplicate claims, or data inconsistencies
• Support channel management activities, including distributor onboarding and data governance
• Contribute to process standardization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and turnaround times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in distribution operations, pricing, claims processing, or commercial operations
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data reconciliation and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with distributor POS and claims data in a high-volume environment
• Exposure to process improvement and automation tools such as VBA or Power Query
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
