Pricing & Monetisation Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Own global and corridor pricing strategies including fee structures, FX spread, and promotional mechanics
• Develop long-term pricing roadmaps aligned with growth and margin targets
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to simulate revenue, margin, and take rate impact
• Design and lead structured pricing experimentation programs including A/B testing and cohort analysis
• Act as the senior pricing SME, partnering with Product, Finance, Growth, and Operations
• Maintain a live view of the competitive pricing landscape and translate intelligence into strategic responses

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, monetisation strategy, or commercial finance
• Proven ability to build complex financial scenario models independently
• Experience in Fintech, payments, remittance, or financial services preferred
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data-driven reasoning
• Experience working with Product and Engineering to embed pricing logic into infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field
• MBA or equivalent
