Pricing & Manufacturing (Controlling) Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing strategies for all Airbus Helicopters Canada offerings, ensuring alignment with global standards and business plans.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, including labor, material, and overhead, and prepare monthly variance reports.
• Develop standard practices for pricing intercompany manufacturing parts and calculate costing rates and gross margin targets.
• Oversee inventory valuation, cycle count processes, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate the pricing of spares, options, and repair/overhaul services in collaboration with Global Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including gross margin evaluation, business case development, and ROI assessments.

Requirements

• University Degree or College Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quoting and pricing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and product-line profitability analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA/CMA designation.
• 4 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
