Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and report pricing-relevant KPIs to derive decision-making foundations and recommendations for management and the board
• Accompany and implement pricing processes to adapt to changing business requirements and market conditions
• Manage and take responsibility for (sub-)projects within the WAREMA Group
• Continuously analyze market and competitive environment
• Maintain pricing measures in IT systems

Requirements

• Completed business or technical degree (e.g., business administration, economics, mathematics, industrial engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of the complete order-to-cash process from pricing to value flow
• Good knowledge of value streams in ERP systems and internal company processes, or willingness to learn intensively
• Interest in technical and business interrelationships
• Experience in project work
• Very good skills in MS Office applications and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) with high IT affinity
• Independent working style, analytical thinking, strong solution orientation, and excellent communication skills
