Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across practice groups and offices
• Partner with attorneys and senior leadership to structure pricing proposals for high-value client pitches
• Oversee complex matter profitability modeling and deliver strategic pricing recommendations
• Direct the development of budgets for significant matters using historical data and comparable matters
• Collaborate with Project Performance Management and Billing teams to monitor active matters and identify risks
• Maintain oversight of the Firm’s rates and special fee arrangements database to ensure data integrity
• Produce executive-level reporting on pricing trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities
• Analyze client portfolio performance to identify margin improvement opportunities

Requirements

• University degree in business, economics, law, finance, accounting, or project management
• At least five years of financial, pricing, or commercial strategy experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Extensive experience working with large, complex data sets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members
