About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage operational pricing based on internal KPIs, competitive positioning, and strategy across 16 markets
- Analyze assortment performance and derive concrete optimization measures
- Coordinate with departments such as Deal Planning, Marketing, and CRM
- Identify and develop innovative projects to strengthen pricing strategies
- Create and continuously improve reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs
- Improve and implement automated processes for price control
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field with a strong quantitative focus
- 1–3 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, or Analytics, ideally in fashion or e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of numeracy
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German
- Initial experience with SQL
